Regional Facilities Manager
My client is a leading, Global Commercial Real Estate services provider. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to take ownership of a 15-site portfolio in West London and the city centre.

We require a seasoned Regional Facilities Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the portfolio. Experience required is due to the prestige of the portfolio and nature of clientele. Assets consist of commercial offices and retail space, across White City, Hayes and the City Centre.
You will need to be experienced in:
- Client and tenant liaison and relationship management
- Health & Safety risk assessment and compliance
- Environmental audits
- Managing the drafting and reconciliations of service charge budgets
- Managing multiple sites and multi-tenanted buildings
- Contractor management and staff line management
