Location:       Central London (EC1)

Salary:           £80,000 - £90,000 (Bonus, Car Allowance, BUPA, Pension)

About the Company & Opportunity:

This is an SME International multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices covering the UK. They offer their clients Project Management, Cost Management, Development Management, Risk Management, Structural Engineering, and Dispute Resolution across a broad range of sectors.  They are currently looking for a Director to head up their cost management (with a little bit of project management) team to manage existing project and clients, and then grow the department.  You will require a consultancy background and experience working on a diverse range of building projects but ideally a preference for high-end residential, commercial, as well as education and health.    It isn’t essential to have experience in all of these sectors but it is essential to be from a consultancy background, be client facing and a good communicator, as well as similar sector project experience.

Requirements:

- Comprehensive knowledge of Cost Management

- Ideally some PM experience

- Management experience

- Client facing with fee generation experience

- Building project experience

- Consultancy background

- MRICS / MAPM

- Ambitious, client facing, good communicator
