We have a variety of properties to manage, some we own and some where your landlord and tenant experience will be put to good use. We have two roles, one for the more experienced professional and one for someone in the early stages of their career. We are a small team within the Trust and work closely with other teams within our directorate and also the wider teams within the Trust.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in the commercial property management sector and will be fully up to date with MRICS membership. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential in the role and the successful candidate will be required to develop efficient working practices and take an innovative approach to resolving ever changing demands.

To succeed in the role, you’ll be numerate and technically competent with the ability to deal with changing mandates and cope with a high workload. Your strong attention to detail will be critical as will your pragmatic and common-sense approach to management. Finally, you’ll have a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel across sites.
