We are seeking a motivated graduate who has a keen interest in commercial property - Non property related graduates will be considered but an interest in the industry is required.

THE JOB

  • Assisting the commercial surveyors with their day to day duties.
  • Conducting viewings, undertaking inspections, taking enquiries and assisting on agency instructions
  • Experience will be gained in all aspects of  property management including landlord & tenant matters and service charge accounts
  • Database management and assisting in report writing
  • Opportunity for career progression

THE PERSON

  • Ambitious and driven individual with a strong interest in property
  • Are in possession of a property related university qualification (Ideally)
  • Highly professional in character and demeanour, with good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and conscientious
  • Full clean driving licence
