Senior Associate Building Surveyor

I'm currently partnered with a long-established commercial property consultancy seeking a professionally biased Senior Associate Building Surveyor to join their close-knit, forward-thinking team.

The successful Senior Associate Building Surveyor will be joining a diverse consultancy with a long-standing, varied client-base predominantly focusing on the commercial property market.

Offering the full-spectrum of traditional building surveying services, the successful individual will have a varied yet professional biased role encompassing building/pre-acquisition surveys and schedules of dilapidation (landlord and tenant).

The Successful Senior Associate Building Surveyor?

  • 3+ Years PQE
  • Currently a Senior Associate Building Surveyor or Associate pushing for that next step
  • Proficient in carrying out professional services (listed above)
  • Management experience preferred

The Package?

  • £65,000 - £80,000 pa
  • Performance based bonus
  • 25 days holiday +1 per year of service capped at 30
  • Private medical care
