Senior Quantity Surveyor, Essex

An independent property and construction consultancy are seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to be closer to home and progress their career.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor on a range of commercial and residential schemes across the South East.

The Company

Joining a sociable and professional Quantity Surveying team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be given ownership of projects valuing up to £30M (providing pre & post contract services), whilst also assisting more senior colleagues on larger schemes.

A top 100 consultancy with a healthy pipeline of projects, excellent APC support, and an ideal position to progress your QS career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Relevant Degree (preferably RICS accredited)
  • Ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with members of the design team, other professionals in the industry, and clients
  • Robust and strong attitude to negotiations with contractors
