Senior Surveyor - Property Management

An opportunity has arisen for Senior to join the property management team of a well-respected national firm of chartered surveyors.  The role will entail taking responsibility for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout the South West. The properties are managed on behalf of wide a range of clients including funds, property companies, developers and investors.  The role can be based out of either their Bristol or Cardiff Offices. The position also offers the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

Supported by a team of facilities managers you will be responsible for effective management of the portfolio as well as identifying asset management opportunities within the portfolio. Given the clients you will be working with a high level professionalism is a key requirement for the role. Alongside managing and developing existing client relationships you will also play a key role in tenders for new business. Alongside leading the property management of the portfolio you will also take responsibility for the development and training of junior member within the team.

MRICS qualification is desirable however unchartered candidates with proven commercial property management experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have experience of manging clients and developing property management functions.
