Associate Partner (TDD)

Our Client: Independent building consultancy with offices throughout the UK.

Projects: Retail, Commercial, Industrial, High End Residential and Mixed Use

Company Headcount: 400 - 600

Requirements of the Associate Partner TDD:

• MRICS with minimum 10 years PQE
• Demonstrable track record of delivering Technical Due Diligence in London and South-East England on all types and sizes of buildings
• Supporting clients in their asset acquisition/disposal negotiations and resolving issues raised by Technical Due Diligence
• Excellent report writing skills
• Project acquisition and nurturing client relationships (ability to take a brief, prepare fee proposal, agreement on scope of works and lead the delivery)
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as RICS, in the creation or updating of professional guidance notes, lecturing and writing articles

Responsibilities of the Associate Partner TDD:

• Deliver high level Technical Due Diligence projects in the UK & Europe to a high standard
• Support the development and implementation of a Technical De Diligence strategy for the business
• Business Development and client relationship management
• Write thought leadership pieces to be sent to industry press
