Quantity Surveyor

A fast paced and progressive Consultancy is seeking a client facing Quantity Surveyor with the ambition to become a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor in the future.

Based a short distance from Oxford Circus, the Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly and down to earth PQS/Consultancy who have an excellent track record of getting Quantity Surveyors through their APC and chartered.

The Intermediate to Project level Quantity Surveyor will work on high end/luxury residential and hospitality projects across London.

The consultancy also offers excellent career progression and reward those Quantity Surveyors who work hard and impress.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • The quantity surveyor will have good communication and mathematic skills. You will be confident and be able to handle tough contractors.
  • A good, all-round quantity surveying knowledge is important.
  • You will be chartered or committed to the APC.
