Job Details
My client is a multi-discipline Chartered Surveyors who are well established and respected in their field. They have a vacancy for a Valuation / General Practice Surveyor to undertake a broad spectrum of professional work operating principally from their office covering London and some of the South East when required.
The successful applicant will have the ability to demonstrate good attention to detail and overall competence and will be required to assist with the expansion of the business. .
To apply for this role you will meet the following criteria:
- An industry related Degree
- 2 years' post qualification experience in a similar role
- Ideally Chartered, MRICS
- Practical experience of Residential/Commercial Valuations
- Survey Reports
- Rating Valuations and Appeals
- Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews
- Commercial Agency
- Have a full UK driving licence
