WHAT TO EXPECT

As an Associate Director you’ll be in a key leadership role working with our Property Director in the management of a range of contracts for well-known national and regional utility and infrastructure clients delivering a full suite of portfolio and individual property advice. Our work centres on delivering performance of property portfolios whilst still preserving core utility functions.  Our teams work at the leading edge of the industry with current projects securing land rights for battery storage, generation and data storage schemes across the country.

You’ll be working on exciting projects with clients such as National Grid, Severn Trent, Affinity Water and other high profile utility and infrastructure businesses.

We strive to continually exceed our clients’ expectations and aim repeatedly to innovate and impress! You’ll assist in the leadership and growth of our core property teams who manage a range of both commercial and rural lettings and who handle site acquisitions and disposals and provide planning, development and valuation advice.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll have a passion for property and may already be in a senior management position or you may be looking for your next step in your career, however, you’ll be keen to join Dalcour Maclaren on our exciting journey!

Along with your property experience of buying, selling, developing and managing, you’ll be able to demonstrate great leadership and innovation to lead our teams to deliver challenging projects.

As an experienced qualified surveyor with a passion for property who loves working in a growing, dynamic business, you’ll have great verbal and written communication skills and  experience of managing and growing diverse teams across a matrix organisation and developing new business opportunities.

You may have experience of utilities and infrastructure but this isn’t essential.
