SENIOR DESK-TOP VALUATION SURVEYOR.

SOUTH YORKSHIRE- OFFICE BASED

HIGHLY ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE

An opportunity has arisen with a leading blue chip organisation who are one of the largest distributors of residential valuation and survey work in the UK. The business is driven by a clear focus on its customers and the ongoing management of quality.

Strategic growth of the business has presented a unique opportunity to undertake desk-top residential valuations. You will be working as part of a highly respected team at the company's prestigious head office and utilising existing data and information about the property and looking at comparable sales ("comps") in the area to determine its value.Responsibilities will also include providing technical support to newly qualified colleagues.Other varied duties will be considered based on the individuals skill set.

Candidates will have a detailed knowledge and experience of undertaking residential mortgage valuations and be able to operate with minimum supervision. An excellent claims record is important, and you will be AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS and a registered valuer.

This position may suit experienced Residential Surveyors who presently undertakes regular field based valuation inspections, and who would enjoy compiling valuation reports without the need for site visits to inspect the properties.

The role is ideally Full Time and will provide an excellent work/life balance.
