Joshua Robert are working with a leading, multi - disciplined, national property consultancy in the recruitment of a Residential Valuations Surveyor for their busy office in Cardiff

The company, who have over 10 offices across the UK are growing rapidly, and as such, require a Chartered Residential Valuations Surveyor to carry out residential valuations and produce HomeBuyer reports on a wide range of residential properties across Cardiff and South Wales.

To be suitable for this role you will be a MRICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer, with extensive experience operating across Cardiff and South Wales, you will possess excellent time management skills and a keen eye for details, you will be ambitious and driven to both hit and exceed targets in a business that promotes from within and offers excellent progression for candidates driven to succeed.
