Our client, a specialist investment/buy to let lender, seeks an additional full time Staff Valuer for coverage of DN, HD, S, WF, NG17-22, 24, LN1-8, DE4,5,45,55,56 and 75 from home.
As a Staff Valuer working in-house for our lender client, you will undertake no more (but sometimes less) than 3 x Valuations daily (on Buy To Let and HMO properties) with a focus on compliance and quality underpinned by sensible booking and basic salary led remuneration.
Despite the apparent size of patch, jobs are arranged so that the successful Staff Valuer spends a day in EACH of the postcodes as opposed to visiting each postcode daily.

Remuneration for the successful Staff Valuer includes:
- Basic salary up to £60k
- Annual profit share based on group/share price performance
