What Are The Key Responsibilities?
- Working on behalf of landlord/investor clients to ensure the smooth day to day management of their properties.
- Managing a varied portfolio of properties consisting of office and industrial assets.
- Undertake property inspections, tenant meetings, licence applications, service charge budgeting and forecasting (with FM), and asset enhancement initiatives.
What Skills / Experience Do I Need?
- MRICS status is ideal.
- Proven landlord based property management with experience gained in service charge budgets.
