Senior / Building Control Surveyor - Career Graded 6/7

Permanent Contract: Full Time, 37 hours per week

Salary from £34,811 to £48,616 per annum with progression based on performance.

You may be an assistant building control surveyor looking for a promotion, or a senior building control surveyor already with a lot of experience looking for a new challenge or just a change of scenery. We would be interested to hear from you. The post is career graded so you will have the scope to progress.

Your role will having responsibility for an area for site inspections as well as plan checking. Depending on your level, you will also provide mentoring and support towards the training and development of our trainee and assistant building control surveyors.

You should be able to think, plan and act with a creative approach to problem solving and delivery in demanding circumstances and with competing priorities.
