Job Details

A Property Investment and Management business based in Suffolk, with an excellent portfolio and trusted reputation are looking to bring a Planning Manager into their Development team. The manager role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 along with bonus scheme and further benefits.

Manager Responsibilities:

  • The primary objective of the role will be to increase the company's capacity to evaluate opportunities, the management of schemes and delivery of projects
  • Preparation of planning development management appraisals
  • Preparation of planning policy appraisals
  • Working to identify and secure new projects
  • Project management/ Project management support/project administration
  • Reporting to investors, landowners, and funders on the progress of projects

Manager Requirements:

  • Ideally Chartered Town Planner or considerable post qualification experience
  • Planning management experience
  • Full exposure to the development process from start to finish
  • Well versed in planning development management appraisals, policy appraisals, community engagement and business development
  • Ambitious and forward-thinking
