Job Details
We require a Project Manager to be the clients chief co-ordinator for a master development of +2,000 homes in the South of England. The individual could be from a professional background, but needs to demonstrate adaptability to encompass tasks including preparing site for JV partners delivery, infrastructure contracts and associated works through to handover of homes to institutional owners. As a project manager with new build residential development experience this will be an ideal opportunity to broaden your skills and move your career to the client side. The scale of the development means the project can last for another 8 years and will mean great career development opportunities.
