Job Details
We're working for a medium size Real Estate and Construction consultancy who're looking for a client facing Snr Commercial Manager who is also confident in managing projects. The position will be heading up the commercial department and reporting into the Managing Partner. They're a western business who predominantly have western staff. They ideally want a MRICS Quantity Surveyor, whos strong in producing cost plans, cash flow forecasts, contract administration. The projects are generally spread across, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
