A sociable construction consultancy in South London/Kent are seeking an intelligent Quantity Surveyor to be part of their expanding Quantity Surveying team in Beckenham.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be part of a dynamic practice with a broad range of residential projects for a variety of public sector clients with projects valuing up to £100m.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree educated, or currently studying
  • 2+ years consultancy/PQS experience
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Started your APC diary
  • Sociable and professional character
