Chartered Building Surveyor

I am proudly representing an multi disciplinary practice in Cheshire who are in the market for a Chartered Building Surveyor to work on projects in and around the area.

Building Surveying, Town Planning and Architecture are just some of the services provided and have operated on complex projects of all sizes which has made them one of the North West' leading practices. This is shown in their portfolio of work across the UK therefore allowing them to keep on adding to their solid and loyal customer base.

You must have experience of Project Management / Project Surveying along with MRICS Chartership.

The chosen candidate will have or showcase the following -
· Strong knowledge of MS Office
· Bachelor's Degree or similar in a BS related discipline
·Have a current site card or happy to work towards one immediately
·Professional Chartered membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Past experience of a similar role and can showcase this.
·Sufficient knowledge of Building Regulations and other similar construction and surveying related legislations
·Comfortable meeting deadlines and within the agreed budget
·Efficient when finding new and successful Business opportunities.

Wage on offer:

£40,000 - £50,000
