Senior Project Manager

An immediate opportunity for a senior project manager to join a leading national construction consultancy in Manchester to work on residential projects.

About the client; 

Our client is a market leading property and construction consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment. Their people are some of the most respected in the industry and to keep this consistent they make sure they invest heavily in their learning and development programmes.

They deliver construction and engineering consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients within private residential, commercial, retail, hotels and leisure and government sectors. The type of clients they work with include residential and commercial developers, universities, government departments and stadium owners. Projects range from £3 million up to £1 billion.

About the role;

As a senior project manager, you will be working across a plethora of sectors which include higher education, high-rise residential and retail led generation. The role will see you operating across different roles from business development through to delivery.

About you;

Ideally, you will be a senior project manager with a construction consultancy and working on the aforementioned sectors. Experience with project delivery, business development and team management is desirable.
