Property Manager Interim Opportunity - Public Sector Organisation - Inside IR35 - £300-350 p/day

Your new company
With a varied portfolio of properties to manage in South London, this public sector organisation are now looking to expand their existing team of General Practice Surveyors.

The wide range of properties makes this a very interesting place to work. Their main offices are based very close to the local train and bus stations, which makes it a very commutable location. This is an on-going contractual job which will be extended beyond the initial 3 month period.

Your new role
In this role you will take responsibility for a diverse and interesting caseload of commercial and residential property work, with the focus mainly on commercial.
Some of the duties will include: rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, L&t, right to buy.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be ideally MRICS/FRICS qualified and with demonstrable skills in communicating, negotiating and balancing a wide range of cases.
Public sector experience is desirable but not essential.
You will, however, need an understanding of local government and the issues they face.
