Commercial GP Surveyor

Hays Property and Surveying are seeking an MRICS qualified Commercial GP Surveyor to join an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors in Salisbury.

The firm are well known across the region, providing property consultancy and estate agency services within the South and South West of England. In order to meet growing workloads, the firm's Commercial department now require an additional Surveyor to join the team.

Your new role
As a Commercial GP Surveyor, you will be responsible of undertaking your own caseloads of professional related Surveying work. Typically, these work loads will be on behalf of a range of clients across the Public and Private Sector including; Private Investors, Banks, Pension Funds, Charities, Developers and Corporate Businesses.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Lease Re-gears
• Valuations for a variety of purpose including loan security, SIPPs, accounting and portfolio
• Development consultancy including appraisals, viability and site assembly
• General advice on L&T matters including rents, break clauses and lease terms

What you'll need to succeed
In order to perform within the role successfully, you will need;

• MRICS / FRICS Qualified
• Preferably be an RICS Registered Valuer
• Experienced in a range of professional services such at Valuation, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews
• Strong levels of commercial acumen, professionalism and analytical skills
