Associate Director

An interesting opportunity for an associate director to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Northamptonshire.

About the client;

Our client has a few offices in key locations within the UK which allow them to service their clients efficiently and with local knowledge and expertise. Their service offering covers project and cost management, building surveying and sustainability studies. Typically, their clients are retail/residential/commercial developers, universities, investors and high-tech manufacturers.   

About the role;

As an associate director, you will be managing and nurturing a small team with the aim of allowing you to pass work down and develop your client relationships further. You will be working across multiple sectors which will give you a diverse working day and alongside the above management duties you will be leading your own projects.

About you;

Ideally, you have moved from a quantity surveyor/cost management background into project management and have worked across the aforementioned sectors. A strong track record in work winning (highly desirable) through to delivery is essential to succeed in this particular role.

Compensation; 

In return you will be rewarded with;

• Salary up to £64,000
• £6,000 car allowance
• Bonus up to 15%
• Pension
• Healthcare
