An industry leading property consultancy located in Birmingham are currently seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their expanding highly skilled team.

The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will be working across a variety of instructions including both project and professional services across the education, residential and commercial sectors.

As the successful Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will be client-focused building surveyor that will be responsible for liaising with both new and existing clients.

The Role of The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will include;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Design and specification writing
• Feasibility studies

The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will have;

• A RICS acreditted degree
• Ideally MRICS (Full APC support given if not)
• Experience using JCT contracts
• A preference for undertaking project work

In Return, The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will receive;

• £32,000 - £42,000
