Your new company
You will work for a market leading business based in Nottinghamshire, operating across the Midlands. They have been operating for over 100 years in a number of disciplines such as Valuation, Property Management, Professional services and Building Surveying. They work in commercial, rural, industrial, hotels, leisure, infrastructure and utilities sectors.
Your new role
You will work as a Technical Surveyor, working closely with the utility and infrastructure team. You will work on a number of projects referencing land ownerships, dealing with case works and assisting the professional team with various matters including the acquisition of land and rights. You will also liaise with client and stakeholders to ensure projects run to agreed timelines, budgets and in accordance with governing legislation. This company offer the opportunity to work with national leading businesses with some exciting long term projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree or equivalent and be interested in working in the property industry. This organisation are open to any discipline of degree as they welcome Graduates that are passionate about the property industry. You will be comfortable in a client facing role and have strong IT skills.
