Development Manager - Large scheme in Birmingham

I am seeking a Development Manager to join one of the UK's leading Boutique Development Managers. They are seeking an experienced Development professional to join their Birmingham office and work on a large re-gen scheme.

The company invest their own equity into a number of projects, but typically represent clients such as Funds to create income generating real estate assets, or Local authorities who have large land banks and money but little property experience. The company currently comprises of around 100 employees split over 3 offices in Birmingham. They are growing due to a large work load which is mainly due to the re-investment within the company.

The Development Managers main responsibilities:

• Work from inception through to construction on a variety of schemes
• Carry out detailed feasibility and viability reports
• Manage the planning applications of schemes
• Manage the design process
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure a smooth development process

The ideal Development Manager is likely to:

• Have at least 3 years' experience in Development
• Have experience working on large schemes within Birmingham
• Be highly competent with Excel, Argus and other IT systems
• Be practical and hard working
• Have excellent communication skills.

Salary and benefits

• £40,000 - £60,000 experience depending
