Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the team deliver on their objectives and reporting to the Head of Property Management. Full range of Property Management services provided including oversight of FM / H&S and Governance.
Profile
Likely to be a Chartered Surveyor with experience of Commercial Property Management and running a property & Fm team in a consultancy or corporate capacity.
Job Offer
c. £55,000 + Car (or day rate equivalent)
