A terrific opportunity has presented itself for an assistant project manager to join one of the top property consultancies in Cambridge.

About the client;

Our client is one of the most established practices in the area, providing a timely, pragmatic and high quality service offering. Their clients range from colleges, developers, end users, institutions, trusts and universities. Current projects are valued between £5 million and £100 million.

The project management team is led by two partners in the business, who, along with the support of the other senior members will give you full support to enable you to reach your full potential and progress within the business.

About you and the role;

The successful candidate will ideally have a property or construction related degree and have experience within a consultancy or property field. This role would suit someone who has experience leading small sized projects and is comfortable discussing complicated issues to different stakeholders.

It would also be desirable if you are aspiring to become a member of RICS or a similar professional affiliation.

You will be responsible for assisting the senior team members with the delivery of exciting and complex projects from inception through to completion, as well as undertaking contract administration duties.

This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to progress into a project managers position in the next 6-12 months.
