Your new company
You will work as a Property Manager based in Derbyshire working for a client side organisation. They employ over 2000 members of staff and operate across the UK.

Your new role
You will be based in Derbyshire, and will be responsible for the day to day management and development of the retail and commercial real estate across the business in the East Midlands region. You will ensure the properties are aligned to the strategic retail plan and business objectives. You will also work with the lettings of the vacant properties, and ensure everything runs to the correct legislation and budgets.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have property management experience within commercial or retial. You will ideally be MRICS qualified or equivalent. You will be keen on developing the business across the East Midlands and have a strong understanding on asset management.
