Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Manager to join one of the worlds most exclusive super-prime luxury residential developers in the world.
This is an attractive opportunity for a proven technically minded senior commercial manager to take charge of a project, acting as the single point commercial lead through to completion on some of the worlds best addresses.
This is a London based role with offices in Mayfair. You will be:
- involved from planning, design, and construction
- creating the budget and reviewing cost plans
- creating construction package budgets and leading on comparison exercises
- leading the procurement strategy and tender processes
You must have at least 5 years demonstable experience and ideally come from a similar asset class.
