Valuation Surveyor

My client is a highly regarded, medium sized property consultancy. They are continuously expanding their business and they currently have an opportunity for a qualified Valuation Surveyor to join their mixed-use Valuation team based in Romford.

The business is a well-established firm, providing a first-class property advisory service for over 200 years with a lot of their business being generated from repeat clients due to their reputation. The company has offices based across Essex, Hertfordshire and London.

The company holds a strategic business ethos, whilst maintaining their close-knit, 'family feel'. This is an opportunity to grow your career in an environment whereby top performance is rewarded. You will be involved in valuations for their portfolio of banks, fringe lenders and private clients.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Property inspections

• Production of reports for secured lending purposes

• Generating business

• Maintaining a strong network of clients

The role will be 80% valuation based but will also include an element of Landlord & Tenant responsibilities.
