Large consultancy who work on large residential new build projects is currently looking for a Senior Building Surveyor.

Location: Beckenham (BR3)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (car allowance, pension, healthcare)

About the Company:

This company is a well established construction consultancy that offers their clients Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health & Safety and Architectural services on a wide range of projects. They operate mainly within the new build Housing Association market along side public sectors projects and some commercial. They are currently experiencing a period of growth and now have a vacancy for a Senior Building Surveyor to be based in their office in Beckenham.

About the Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity:

In order to be the successful Senior Building Surveyor you will need to have experience on large multi million pound new build housing projects.  Experience in the public housing and/or education sectors, and be able to demonstrate a broad range of technical skills such as traditional building surveying, contract administration, and specification writing. You must also have experience within a consultancy and ideally be MRICS although this isn’t essential. 

Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:

Good all round experience in some or all of the following sectors:

• Consultancy experience
• Surveying, Contract Admin, Specification writing
• Client facing skills
• MRICS an advantage

Salary & Benefits for the Senior Building Surveyor:

£60,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance, pension, health + benefits
