Location: Manchester (M2)

Synopsis: Quantity Surveyor required by construction consultancy to work on residential and education projects

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

About the Company:

This Manchester based Construction Consultancy has been established for nearly 30 years providing their clients with Building and Quantity surveying on projects mainly within the education, housing, and healthcare sectors.  The projects range in value from £50,000 - £150million with typical values within £1m - £20m.

They are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and work on large new build housing and regeneration projects and some education projects.  You will need to have previous experience within a consultancy environment working on similar sector projects.

Requirements:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying
• Consultancy background
• Housing, Education, or health sector project experience.
• Professional and ambitious looking to work for a leading construction consultancy

Salary & Benefits:

£40,000 - £50,000 depending on level of experience
