Synopsis: Building Surveyor required by construction consultancy to work on residential and education clients

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

About the Company:

This Manchester based Construction Consultancy has been established for nearly 30 years providing their clients with Building and Quantity surveying on projects mainly within the education, housing, and healthcare sectors.  The projects range in value from £50,000 - £150million with typical values within £1m - £20m.

They are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join the team and work on both surveys and contract administration for projects and clients within the housing, education, and healthcare sectors.  You will need to have previous experience within a consultancy environment working on similar sector clients.

Requirements:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Consultancy background
• Housing, Education, or health sector project experience.
• Dilapidations, surveys, contract admin and project work
• Professional and ambitious looking to work for a leading construction consultancy

Salary & Benefits:

£40,000 - £50,000 (plus benefits)
