Quantity Surveyor - Manchester

An International Management and Construction Consultancy, widely recognised for their commitment to innovation, new initiatives and professional approach are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. As one of the leading consultants, they offer their clients world-class performance across a diverse range of services and sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor will have over 4 years' experience in a Consultancy Quantity Surveying roll, ideally in the Mixed Use sectors. The Quantity Surveyor will have an RICS accredited degree and ideally achieved chartership becoming MRICS.

The Quantity Surveyor experienced would need to be well versed in the management and running of projects to join their team in Manchester.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

Duties will include -

  • Budget Estimating
  • Cost planning
  • Preparation of Bills of Quantities
  • Tender Documents
  • Assembly of contract documentation
  • Cost Reporting
  • Valuations
  • Final Accounts

In Return:

  • £40,000 - £50,000
