Senior Development Manager job in Warrington offering £50000 - £65000 + car
Your new company
You will be joining a commercial property company, active in development, investment and management, with a wide spectrum of development projects predominantly across the industrial and office sectors. Due to expansion they are looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager (MRICS) to the team in Warrington.
Your new role
You will be responsible for actively progressing a number of projects currently underway, together with the identification and promotion of further development opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable track record working in development surveying in the commercial sector. You will ideally be MRICS qualified. You will be a surveyor/ project manager by background.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary depending on experience of £50,000 - £65,000 plus car and package.
