What is the opportunity?
To work for a best in class organisation, where you will be exposed to a number of high profile clients.
Where relevant, the company can also help the individual to pass their APC and achieve MRICS status.
What Are The Key Responsibilities?
- Working predominantly with a number of high street retail biased client portfolios.
- Undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, and surrenders
- Advising on lease in sale and leaseback transactions
- Rental valuations
What Skills / Experience Do I Need?
- Ideally, you will have achieved MRICS status or be working towards it.
- Previous experience of lease consultancy is not required, but the experience of rent reviews and lease renewals would be.
What Is The Remuneration Package?
- £25-35k basic salary + car allowance + bonus + pension + healthcare etc.
- 10-15% bonuses
