Building Surveyor

My local authority client in Hampshire is seeking an interim building surveyor for 6 months to really hit the ground running  and to undertake property management duties for a commercial property portfolio worth circa £135 million.

Duties include;

• Deal with inspections
• Condition surveys
• Construction Projects
• Reactive and planned repairs and maintenance
• Statutory compliance and health and safety (e.g. asbestos, legionella, gas, electric)
• Risk assessments and method statements
• Procurement / Tendering
• Managing contractors, as well as advising on capital projects for commercial and residential properties.
