Regeneration Manager - Council - London - 6 Months - £500

My Local Authority Client based in London is currently looking for an interim Regeneration Manager to work on a number of projects in line with a portfolio of mixed use development.

Skills/Requirements:

• Lead on a number of various mixed use projects from inception to completion.
• Ideally you will be an all-round Development Manager who can pick up various projects at different stages and effectively carry them through to completion.
• You will need to have extensive experience of joint ventures and their practices.
• You will need to understand the risks involved with mix use development and know how to mitigate against the risks.
• You will need to be hands on as well as lead on the procurement and commission on development/regeneration based projects
