GSC Grays is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land and Estate Agents operating predominantly in North Yorkshire, County Durham, Northumberland and Cumbria.
Rural Practice Surveyor – North Durham / Alnwick
An exciting position has become available for a Rural Practice Surveyor based at our North Durham or Alnwick office, depending on the candidate’s experience and location. This role will cover work across all of our offices in the North East. The role will be to work with one of the directors and requires someone who is comfortable with a degree of autonomy and is capable of completing work on time and to a very high standard.
The individual will have excellent team orientated interpersonal skills. The opportunity offers a mix of challenging and rewarding professional work on behalf of private and corporate clients. The successful candidate should have a broad mix of professional interests including estate management, landlord and tenant matters, valuations, rural grants, strategic planning and rural agency.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to gain a broad experience within the rural sector and to contribute to the growth and development of GSC Grays. Commitment and hard work will be rewarded.
