One of the largest independent commercial property consultancies in the North of the UK are currently seeking an Associate Director to join their Manchester office and aid in the development of the building consultancy.

The successful Associate Director will be a fee earning member of the team and actively undertaking a variety of project and professional services.

As the successful Associate Director, you will be working across a wide variety of sectors including; education, residential, commercial, industrial and many more.

The Role of The Successful Associate Director (Building Surveyor) will include;

• Dilapidations
• Party wall matters
• Contract administration
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Technical due diligence

The Successful Associate Director (Building Surveyor) will have;

• MRICS preferably
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven experience at winning new work
• Client-facing demeanour
• Full UK driving license

In Return, The Successful Associate Director (Building Surveyor) will receive;

• £50,000 - £65,000
