Associate Quantity Surveyor

I am headhunting for an Associate level Quantity Surveyor for a multidisciplinary consultancy based in the City. This well-established business will have up to £2billion worth of projects underway at any one time and spans across a number of different sectors.

This particular role would predominantly focus on helping to lead the Residential side of the team. Current portfolio includes projects with niche, Central London developers, single unit High-End Residential refurbishments as well as master planning & cost-planning for large house-builders.

This key, associate level hire is part of a succession plan for the business, aimed at a surveyor with the ability and ambition to step up to Director level in time.

The role would include delivery of existing work, a degree of business development as well as a part to play with development of more junior members of the team.

To be eligible for this opportunity you must:

• Be at Senior level already

• Have at least some experience or a keen interest in fee generation/proposal writing

• Some previous Residential experience is desirable

• MRICS desirable

The salary is flexible dependant on experience, and comes with a car allowance, 27 days holiday with the option to buy or sell 5 more, 5% matched pension, Healthcare and more.
