Senior Building Surveyor

A well-established chartered surveying practice based on the Surrey/South London border are seeking a client-facing Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

This well-respected practice work alongside an extremely diverse client-base including individual investors, housing associations and pension funds whilst operating across a variety of sectors.

Ideal for somebody based in Surrey/South London looking to avoid the 'daily commute' whilst still being given exposure to a diverse, traditional building surveying workload.

  • Schedules of condition
  • Contract administration

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor?

  • 5+ years' experience in a private practice/consultancy role
  • MRICS preferred
  • A positive, client-facing demeanour
