Senior Estates Surveyor

One of the largest UK retail chains with nearly 800 properties is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor


Your new company
An established, growing and large retail chain of nearly 800 stores nationwide. They pride themselves on customer care, and with an ambitious plan to change the face of their retail operation, they are seeing massive growth and opportunity.

They have a secure portfolio, but due to its size needs a dedicated property team, and you will be an integral part of this.

Your new role
You will be providing lease, L&T, acquisition, disposal and development advice across the group's assets, maximising the viability and profitability of the assets. You'll be customer facing in the units that are leased out, and internal customer facing to the store managers, employees and internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked in a client or consultancy environment in an estates or asset management role. Ideally you'll have worked in retail, but commercial experience is considered - you simply have to be commercially savvy, good with people, and able to assess, and deal with, any and all situations.
