Senior Building Surveyor;

An award-winning multi-discipline firm is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Surrey based office.

My client is an experienced organisation who have been operating successfully across the built environment. They offer a wide range of services including; building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, employer's agent and principle design assistance.

Due to a healthy pipeline of work a position has arisen in the team undertaking refurbishment and maintenance schemes on residential and education projects. You'll lead programmes from inception to completion, managing the process and liaising with important stakeholders.

This practice has a strong emphasis in career development, they're always supporting employees who are keen on progressing further. Whether it being your MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM, you'll be given the guidance and backing to successfully gain these accreditation's. Furthermore, there are programmes in place which encourage elevation through specific targets and objectives, you're able to achieve Partner level status.

Responsibilities;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Party wall matters
• Schedules of condition
• Defects
• Inspections

Surveyor;

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying
• MRICS/MCIOB
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Committed to clear career progression
• Proactive
• Full UK Drivers Licence
