Chartered Building Surveyor - Contract position (Surrey)

Chartered Building Surveyor;

An award-winning multi-discipline practice is a seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Surrey based office on a contract basis.

My client undertakes projects across the residential, education and commercial sector. They provide a wide range of services including; building surveying, quantity surveying, project management and employer's agent advice.

Due to an increase in work a position has arisen for an experience Building Surveyor to join the team. The term of the role is due to last 6 months with a potential increase for a further 6 months. Predominately the work is residential and education focused across the Surrey area, you'll lead projects from inception to completion whilst liaising with important stakeholders.

Projects include maintenance and refurbishment schemes on programmes which range up to £2 million.

Responsibilities;

• Contract administration
• Project Management
• Party wall matters
• Schedules of condition
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Defects
• Inspections

Surveyor;

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying
• MRICS/MCIOB
• Private practice experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
