Chartered Building Surveyor

An exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join one of the largest independent building consultancy's of its kind. You will have the opportunity to make fast career progression at one of their offices based in Surrey.

The Role

As Chartered Building Surveyor you will be joining the pro-active commercial building consultancy team, working on projects up to the value of £50 million pounds. While meeting fee targets and generating new business from building client relationships. You will carry out professional and project work primarily with in the commercial sector on refurbishment and redevelopment projects.

Responsibilities include;

• General building surveying
• Dilapidations
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Technical Due Diligence surveys
• Contract administration
• Acting as monitoring surveyor

You will ideally have

• MRICS with minimum 1 years PQE
• Degree in Building Surveying
• Experience within the commercial sector
• Strong communication skills
• Team player but able to work on your own initiative
