Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying Consultancy - High End Residential & Student Accommodation - Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will work alongside MRICS Quantity Surveyors to deliver a full suite of Quantity Surveying services. This will be predominantly on Residential projects varying from Single High-End dwellings to multimillion Student Accommodation schemes.

Current Projects include a £30m Student Accommodation scheme in Birmingham and this Consultancy often work on High-End Residential projects up to £5m in value for High Net Worth Clients.

Location: Central Birmingham

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Duties: The Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the MRICS chartered Director for Developers and Private Clients alike.

Duties will include -

  • Cost Plans
  • Feasibility
  • Bills of Quantities
  • Management on Site
  • Valuations & Variations
  • Commercial Reporting
  • Cost & Value Reconciliations
  • Dispute Resolution

Requirements: The Quantity Surveyor will have 4 years' experience and strong PQS experience is a necessity. The Quantity Surveyor will have an RICS Accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline, working through their APC towards chartership.
